Conductor Roger Kalia – promoted to Associate Conductor of the Pacific Symphony

Conductor Roger Kalia has been promoted to Associate Conductor of the Pacific Symphony with his contract extended through August 31, 2020.

Conductor Roger Kalia’s responsibilities include assisting Music Director Carl St. Clair with conducting the Symphony and continuing as Music Director of the Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra. He will also continue to participate in the Symphony’s other education initiatives including Class Act Youth Concerts and the Family Musical Mornings series which introduces children ages 5 to 11 to orchestral music through educational programs.

Maestro Kalia also retains his current positions as Music Director of the Orchestra of Santa Monica and as Music Director & Conductor of the Lake George Music Festival.
